Aarav Malhotra (Akshay Kumar) is a business man who owns the Blue Fisheries and Shipping Company. Sagar (Sanjay Dutt) works under him. Sagar knows very little about his employer. Mona (Lara Dutta) plays his love interest. Sam (Zayed Khan) is Sagar's younger brother and is based in Bangkok, fulfilling the vocation of an underground motorbike racer. Sam's world is propelled into turmoil when he fails to complete a delivery task allocated to him by a notorious underworld figure, Gulshan.
Gulshan subsequently demands Sam to provide him with US$50 million in compensation or accost death. Sam returns to the Bahamas as his life is under danger. He is traced to the Bahamas by Gulshan and his henchmen. Aarav, Sagar and Sam then decide to retrieve treasure from a sunken Indian Navy ship, Lady in Blue, to pay off Gulshan.
The film has Katrina Kaif in special appearance as Zayed's love interest. It turns out later that she is Aarav's wife.
